Job summary

Mitie Group plc. seeks a professional security receptionist to deliver first-class service at a client site. You will greet visitors, manage access, coordinate with security teams and executives, and act as a front-line ambassador for the client.

Responsibilities include supervising CCTV and access control, logging incidents, generating reports, guiding visitors, and supporting emergency procedures with calm, professional communication.

Qualifications

• SIA licensed / PSA (Ireland) licensed.
• First Aid trained & certificated.
• ACT Awareness certified (formally Project Griffin), as applicable.
• IT literate.
• Physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain first class customer service relations with client staff, business partners, key stakeholders including landlord security team and building residents and visitors.
• Supervision of CCTV, access control and other protective systems, and act as a first line response to activations & incidents, including first aid.
• To produce timely reports of incidents and alarm activations, and check & log reports submitted from the security team whilst taking appropriate action, including administration of all site based and client documentation.
• To log and transfer calls, relay messages and provide guidance and advice to visitors, clients, contractors and staff.
• Escorting of contractors and cleaning operatives in line with agreed procedures.
• Conduct loss prevention, internal & external patrols in line with agreed policy and procedures.
