Job summary

You will issue and manage ID badges and operate phones, emails, ICT systems, CCTV, alarm systems, and access control for doors and the car park. You will monitor and respond to suspicious activity or potential criminal behaviour, record and report incidents to the Account Manager, and maintain control until emergency services arrive.

Qualifications

• Mandatory SIA licence for door supervision or security guarding.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety at work.
• Adaptable to flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors warmly and maintain a professional presence.
