Job summary

Staffline are recruiting in partnership with G4S for a SIA-registered Door Supervisor or Security Guarding role in Worthing. You will provide security for perimeter, control access, and perform patrols across day and night shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

This position requires 18+, strong English, good presentation, and ability to handle emergencies. On-site role with opportunities for progression and training; benefits include annual leave and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Be aged 18 or over.
• Good literacy and English communication (verbal and written).
• Good telephone manner and smart appearance.
• Computer literate in Excel, Word and Security systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide security of perimeter fence and access/egress controls.
• Operate external and internal security patrols as instructed.
• Operate radios and CCTV systems to protect employees and assets.
• Monitor CCTV and report incidents in writing and verbally.
• Enforce access procedures and respond to requests for assistance.
• Locking/unlocking duties and key handling per procedures.
• Display high level of customer focus and professional behavior.
