Qualifications

• Current SIA Door Supervisor Licence required.
• First Aid at Work Certificate and/or Fire Marshal desirable.
• Vetting requires checkable 5-year employment and address history.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and answer questions as required.
• Maintain a visible security presence and deter theft.
• Respond to incidents quickly and professionally.
• Identify hazards and security risks through observation.
• Update daily logs and activity sheets.
• Maintain clear communication with client and fellow officers.
• Deter and detect crime.
