Job summary

Atlas Security is seeking a Relief Security Officer to cover sites across Willenhall, Stourbridge and Birmingham City Centre areas on a zero-hours basis. The role requires a valid UK driving licence and reliable transport. The hourly rate is £12.71, with shifts offered as needed and no minimum hours guaranteed.

You will perform access control, patrolling and CCTV monitoring while delivering high standards of customer service and acting as an ambassador for Atlas Security and its clients.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player with strong customer service focus.
• Health & safety awareness is essential for site coverage.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required to communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to evidence it.
• Hold an SIA licence or be willing to undertake necessary training.

Responsibilities

• Work across a range of sites providing holiday and sickness cover.
• Protect customers, property and people on site.
• Provide a high standard of customer care.
• Deliver security duties including access control, patrolling, CCTV monitoring.
