Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Offer guidance, information, and a friendly face as a first point of contact for customers including the public, patients and staff.
• Ensure the safety and security of colleagues and customers.
• Be a smart, approachable, and proactive security presence.
• Manage and respond to incidents calmly and effectively.
• Build strong relationships as part of a professional team.
• Escort patients and ensure their safety; locate missing patients.
• Respond to alarms (fire, intruder, panic) and manage access control.
• Conduct car park checks and assist with cash handling as required.
