Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is hiring for security roles across the UK. Join a dedicated team focused on safeguarding venues, providing a friendly customer experience, and maintaining a secure environment. Training and development are offered to build a long-term security career.

Qualifications

• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence holders required.
• At least 18 years old with SIA licence where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Offer guidance and a friendly face as a first point of contact for customers.
• Ensure safety and security of colleagues and customers.
• Be an approachable, proactive security presence on site.
• Manage and respond to incidents calmly and effectively.
• Conduct security patrols, manage access points and deter unauthorised activity.
• Build strong relations as part of a supportive team.

We’re Looking For People Who Are

• Experienced in customer-facing roles or interested in building those skills.
• At least 18 years old - licence requirement by the Security Industry Authority.
• Punctual, dependable, flexible, and assured.
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence holders.

Previous experience in security is great, but if you’ve only recently got your SIA licence that’s fine. What’s just as important is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. We will provide all the training and support you need to succeed. Our goal is to help you to become a valued member of the Carlisle team.
