Mitie is seeking a Relief Retail Security Officer to help protect customers and staff on shop floors across Shrewsbury, Telford and Wolverhampton. You will deter theft, provide visible security, deliver outstanding service and work closely with store teams to maintain a safe shopping environment.

Responsabilidades

• Providing a visible, reassuring presence on the shop floor
• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
• Deterring theft, anti-social behaviour and public order offences
• Carrying out regular store patrols
• Operating CCTV systems to reduce crime and stock loss
• Working closely with store management teams
• Supporting partnerships with Police and local crime networks
• Using Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety for everyone onsite
• Supporting various stores within the the areas of Shrewsbury,Telford and Wolverhampton

What You'll Be Doing
