Mitie Group plc. is seeking a confident Retail Security Officer to provide a visible presence on the shop floor, protect people and assets, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role offers flexible shifts discussed at interview and a path to a rewarding career with Mitie.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing a visible, reassuring presence on the shop floor
• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
• Deterring theft, anti-social behaviour and public order offences
• Carrying out regular store patrols
• Operating CCTV systems to reduce crime and stock loss
• Working closely with store management teams
• Supporting partnerships with Police and local crime networks
• Using Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety for everyone onsite
