Boots UK is seeking a Relief Dispenser to work across stores within a defined geographic area in the UK. You will support the pharmacist and healthcare professionals, dispense prescriptions, and provide medicines advice to patients, aiming for safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy services.

The role requires travel across the geography, a Pharmacy Advisor NVQ2 (or equivalent), and a valid UK work right. Remote applications are not considered for this UK-based position.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel across the defined geography with full flexibility.
• Experience working in community pharmacy is advantageous.
• Current and valid UK right to work.

Responsabilités

• Dispense prescriptions while ensuring safe supply of medicines; label, endorse, and collect prescriptions.
• Collaborate with store healthcare professionals to deliver pharmacy services.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines and refer queries to the Pharmacist as appropriate.
• Follow SOPs to support safe and legal dispensing of prescriptions.
• Stay updated with store innovations and comply with processes.
• Support patients to manage their prescriptions and adherence with reliable repeats.
• Communicate with store teams to ensure continuity of care.
