Boots is seeking a Relief Dispenser to work across stores within a defined geography in the UK. You will support the pharmacist, dispense prescriptions, and advise patients on medicines to promote health and safety.

The role requires NVQ2 qualification, travel across the defined geography, and valid UK right to work, with fixed UK store assignments and no sponsorship for visas. You will be part of a healthcare team in Boots stores, gaining exposure to evolving technologies, SOPs, and career

Formación

• Completed the Pharmacy Advisor qualification NVQ2 (or equivalent).
• Ability to travel across the defined geography with full flexibility.
• Current and valid UK right to work. This role is not eligible for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa.

Responsabilidades

• Prescription dispensing while ensuring the safe supply of medicines (ordering medicines, labelling, dispensing, endorsing and collection of prescriptions).
• Collaborate with store healthcare professionals to manage and deliver pharmacy services.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines and refer queries to the Pharmacist as appropriate.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to support safe and legal dispensing of prescriptions.
• Keep up to date with new store innovations and comply with operational processes.
• Support patients to manage their prescriptions with reliable repeats and promote adherence to reduce waste.
• Communicate with store teams to ensure continuity of care.
