Job summary

Securitas UK is recruiting a Relief Mobile Patrol Officer to cover a designated area, delivering mobile security services, lock/unlock procedures, patrols, alarm responses and property inspections. The role requires strong customer service, a visible security presence and adherence to integrity, vigilance and helpfulness across day, night and weekend shifts.

Ideal candidates hold a valid SIA licence, a UK manual licence, flexibility to work days, nights and weekends, right to work in the UK, and

Responsibilities

Provides a variety of mobile security services including lock/unlock procedures and patrols.
Complete vehicle handovers and checks at the beginning and end of shift.
Ensure security of the company vehicle and equipment.
Follow key management processes when removing/replacing keys.
Follow escalation processes for incidents, health & safety issues, and RTAs.
Ensure all assignments comply with site instructions.

As a Relief Mobile Patrol Officer, you will play a vital role in protecting our clients' people, property, and assets across a variety of sites. Covering a designated geographical area, you will carry out a range of security services including lock and unlock procedures, mobile patrols, alarm responses, vacant property inspections, and customer-focused support, ensuring the highest levels of safety and security are maintained.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Provides a variety of mobile security services including but not limited to locks, unlocks, patrols both external and internal, alarm response, vacant property inspections, escort services etc
Complete vehicle handovers and checks at the beginning and end of shift
Always ensure security of the company vehicle and all equipment
Ensure the correct key management process is followed when removing and replacing keys
Ensure the correct escalation process is followed on discovery of an incident, break-ins, health and safety issues, road traffic accident etc
Escalation to the Team Leader reference incidents, risk, breakdowns and RTAs. (RTAs to reported in line with company policy)
Ensure all assignments are always completed in line with the site’s assignment instructions

Qualifications
