Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Relief Food & Beverage Duty Manager to provide temporary management support across our Food & Beverage operation in the Richmond area. This hands-on leadership role requires adaptability to various service environments and a focus on guest satisfaction.

You will oversee duty management across restaurant, bar, breakfast, lounge and events services, ensuring high service standards, excellent guest experience and compliance with health & safety

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership roles (Supervisor/Manager level).
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide duty management cover across all Food & Beverage outlets as required.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members during shifts.
• Ensure smooth delivery of restaurant, bar, breakfast, lounge, and events operations.
