Bank Duty Manager - McCarthy Stone, Wayfarer Place, Alresford

McCarthy Stone is seeking a professional Bank Duty Manager to join their team at the prestigious Wayfarer Place development in Alresford.

Wayfarer Place features 30 one-bedroom and 26 two-bedroom apartments, exclusively for those over 70. This is not traditional care; it's better!

Salary and Hours

Base Salary: £14.02 per hour (day rate) and £11.44 per hour (sleeping night rate), plus additional pay (see below).

Hours: To be decided with the Manager, including day and night shifts.

Day shifts vary between 08:45 - 16:30 and 16:15 - 09:30. Night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00.

Bank Duty Managers sleep from 23:00 to 07:00, providing emergency support to homeowners during that period.

• Experience working in the Health and Social Care sector; a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Adults) is preferred, but relevant experience and alternative qualifications will be considered.
• Willing to manage security, safety, and wellbeing of homeowners, overseeing Care and Support teams.
• Ability to coordinate activities that foster community spirit.
• Motivated to develop skills, lead by example, and think proactively.
• Committed to enhancing the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
