McCarthy Stone is seeking a professional Bank Duty Care Manager to join their team at their prestigious development. This role involves supporting a community of active and independent older people in elegant private apartments, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

Salary and Hours

• Base Salary: £13.56 per hour (day rate), £11.44 per hour (sleeping night rate), plus additional pay
• Hours: As and when required, including day and night shifts
• Day shifts: 08:45 - 16:30 or 16:15 - 09:30
• Night shifts: 21:30 - 09:00
• Sleep-in hours: 23:00 - 07:00, providing emergency support only
