GRID CONNECTIONS & CUSTOMER MANAGER

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Salary: £60-70,000 plus car or car allowance, annual bonus

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering exceptional service while overseeing the seamless connection of projects to the energy grid.

The Grid Connections & Customer Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and in compliance with industry standards. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the planning, application, and execution of grid connections for renewable energy projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) and Transmission System Operators (TSOs).
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates throughout the grid connection process.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of grid connection projects, including budget and risk management.
• Manage and resolve any grid connection issues or disputes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
