Job summary

Boots Group is seeking a Relief Dispenser to work across Boots stores within a defined UK geography. You will support pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions, giving patient advice and ensuring safe sale of medicines. Remote applicants are not considered, and you must have UK right to work.

You will travel between stores, follow SOPs, and develop your healthcare knowledge with training and career progression opportunities, including potential Pharmacy Technician training.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel across the defined geography with full flexibility.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines and to refer queries to the Pharmacist as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions while ensuring safe supply of medicines.
• Work with store healthcare professionals to deliver pharmacy services.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines and refer queries to Pharmacist as appropriate.
• Follow SOPs to support safe and legal dispensing of prescriptions.
• Keep up to date with new store technologies and SOPs.
• Support patients to manage their prescriptions and adhere to regimens.
