Job summary

Opus People Solutions Limited is recruiting a part-time Cleaning Assistant based in the West Suffolk area, with duties at sites around Newmarket and nearby towns. You will work 30 hours per week, with split shifts including early mornings and late evenings, maintaining high standards of cleanliness across classrooms, washrooms and communal spaces.

The role includes driving duties (Full Clean Licence required) with a van and fuel card provided; previous cleaning experience is desirable but not

About the Role

Based in the West Suffolk Region (Holiday cover and sickness cover at various sites around Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Brandon, Haverhill and surrounding areas) you will be working 30 hours a week, splits shifts some early mornings and some late evenings. You'll play a key role in maintaining cleanliness to a high standard that meets our standards and delights our customers.

• Cleaning toilets and washrooms


• Wiping down tables and surfaces


• General cleaning duties across classrooms and communal areas


• Hoovering and mopping floors


• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained

• Van & fuel card included along with travel time

Who are we looking for?

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
