Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a Relief Chef/Catering Manager to cover sites across Hampshire. The role is mobile, with your own transport, and works 40 hours per week during term time (38 weeks per year).

No weekends, offering flexible hours and year-round employment opportunities. The successful candidate will prepare, cook and present meals to required standards, ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation, and help drive excellent service across locations.

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards
• Ensure locations meet Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation
• Maintain Caterlink's reputation for excellent food and service with clients and customers
• Support day-to-day running of the location and supervise teams including inventories, budgets and action plans
