Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a Relief Chef/Catering Manager to cover sites in Hampshire. The role is term-time only with no weekends and involves a mobile role requiring your own transport. You will work 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, across 38 weeks per year.

Responsibilities include preparing and presenting food to standards, ensuring health and safety compliance, and supporting site operations, budgeting and inventory management. Caterlink promotes diversity and safeguarding across its teams.

Job Description

We are hiring for a ReliefChef/Catering Manager to provide cover in the area of Hampshire to support our existing site-based teams This role is working term-time only and no weekends so is great for those looking for flexibility.

This role will be a mobile-based role so you will therefore need to have your own transport.

The role:

• Up to £27000 per annum
• 40 hours per week working Monday – Friday
• Term-time only – working 38weeks per year

Your key responsibilities will include:

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure that our locations meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations and procedures
• To ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded
• To support with the day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
