Job summary

Malling Grange Care Home, West Malling, opens Autumn 2026. As a Care & Support Assistant, you will help residents live happy, fulfilling lives by providing compassionate care, promoting independence, and supporting wellbeing.

Relief hours are available, with initial work at Pilgrims View in Snodland before transfer to Malling Grange. No prior care experience is required as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Qualifications

• All roles subject to an Enhanced DBS check.

£13.20 - £13.40 per hour

Please note: Whilst Malling Grange is being prepared for opening, successful applicants will initially work at Pilgrims View, 19 Roberts Road, Snodland, ME6 5HL, before transferring to Malling Grange when the home opens.

Designed around luxurious interiors and modern care technology, Malling Grange will offer spacious en-suite bedrooms, elegant lounges, a café/bistro, cinema, hair salon, landscaped gardens, wellbeing spaces and four individually themed care suites.

As a Care & Support Assistant, you'll help residents live happy, fulfilling lives by providing compassionate care, promoting independence, supporting wellbeing and creating meaningful connections every day.

No previous care experience? No problem. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
