Job summary

Cromwell House Care Home in Norwich, operated by MHA, is seeking a Care Assistant (Relief). You will provide personal and social care to residents, acting as a keyworker and supporting admissions. Emphasis is on dignity, wellbeing, and independence within a supportive, values-led team.

The role involves contributing to care plans, assisting residents with dementia, and maintaining safeguarding and health and safety standards. Training is provided, and we encourage flexible weekend work.

Qualifications
