McCarthy Stone is looking for a professional Relief Care and Support Assistant to join their team at Talbot Court, Bridgnorth.

Base Salary: £11.58 per hour up to £12.88 (see below*)

Hours: To be agreed with the manager. (Day, evening, and weekend shifts available, all year round)

As a Relief Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to residents, supporting their wellbeing. Responsibilities include housekeeping, domestic support, assisting with appointments, arranging transport, escorting visits, and shopping assistance. • You will live within an easily commutable distance of the estate.
• You will be warm, friendly, and ideally experienced in care or support roles.
• You are passionate about improving the wellbeing of older people and enjoy teamwork.
• You are committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• You aim to work in the Health and Social Care sector and ideally hold a QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Adults), though relevant experience and alternative qualifications will be considered.
