The Role
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will be working closely with pupils diagnosed with mild Autism and ADHD, providing in-class and intervention support to help them access learning and build confidence. You'll work under the guidance of the SENCo and class teachers to adapt tasks, regulate behaviour, and create a consistent, supportive learning environment. The Candidate
