A Relief Accommodation Worker position with YMCA at Batt House in Bury St Edmunds offers flexible shifts across days, nights, weekends and bank holidays. You will support the Accommodation Team to help young people thrive in a safe, nurturing environment.

This flexible, as-and-when-required role includes day and night shifts, with a strong emphasis on care, consistency and encouragement to young people on their journey toward a brighter future.
