• Provide cover at projects across Mendip and South Somerset to ensure accommodation and support services for young people.
• Deliver high-quality support with flexible intervention methods and guidance.
• Follow safeguarding policies to maximise youth safety and minimize harm.
• Support development of independent living skills in housing, finances, health, and wellbeing.
• Assist youth in pursuing training, education, employment or volunteering.
