Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving licence and access to transport.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy and patience when supporting young people.

Responsibilities

• Provide cover at projects across Mendip and South Somerset to deliver accommodation and support services.
• Deliver high-quality flexible support and advice to young people.
• Follow safeguarding policies to maximise safety and minimise harm.
• Support independent living skills in housing, finances, and daily living tasks.
• Develop personalised independence plans with young people and involve them in goal setting.
• Support progression into training, education, employment, or volunteering where possible.
• Maintain client confidentiality and accurate record-keeping.
