Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking reliable Van Drivers for temporary, ongoing work in Southampton (SO18 2XX). You will operate 3.5t vans on routes to mail centres, local businesses and customers, delivering mail and parcels to schedule.

Shifts include late and night patterns (4pm–midnight and midnight–8am, Mon–Sun). A valid UK Cat B licence and professionalism are essential for steady temporary employment within a nationwide logistics network.

Qualifications

• Full UK Cat B driving licence required.
• 1 year van driving experience in a logistics environment preferred.
• Professional, reliable and able to work to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate 3.5t vans on planned routes between mail centres, local businesses and customers.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Load/unload and secure goods; complete delivery paperwork accurately.
• Work independently with clear communication to the wider operations team.
