Job summary
Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking an RCM Enablement Manager to lead the development and delivery of reliability-centered maintenance strategies across the Water Services team.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on asset management using SAP S/4HANA and digital twin technologies. Based in a flexible UK-wide region with hybrid remote options (Lincoln, Peterborough, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Norwich, Ipswich or Colchester), you’ll drive proactive maintenance, data-driven
Qualifications
- Degree-level qualification in engineering or related discipline (desirable).
- Strong leadership experience with ability to inspire and influence at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of the RCM strategy and roadmap.
- Define and implement maintenance methodologies, including failure mode analysis and risk-based planning.
- Drive transition to proactive and condition-based maintenance approaches.
- Ensure strategies are supported by asset data and digital tools (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Digital Twin).
- Collaborate with teams to align maintenance with production and capital investment.
