Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Enablement Manager to lead the RCM program across AMP8 and beyond. You will head a specialist team, embedding RCM as the core maintenance methodology and driving a shift from reactive to proactive, data-led maintenance.

The role requires degree-level engineering, strong leadership, and experience in maintenance strategy and asset health. Hybrid remote work within the Anglian Water region is offered with a competitive package.

Qualifications

Degree-level qualification in engineering or related discipline.
Proven leadership experience across levels.
Experience in maintenance strategy, asset health or reliability engineering.
In-depth knowledge of RCM, FMECA, RCA and reliability techniques.
Strong understanding of water treatment MEICA systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of the RCM strategy and roadmap across Water Supply.
Define and implement structured maintenance methodologies with risk-based planning.
Drive transition from reactive to proactive/condition-based maintenance.
Ensure maintenance strategies are supported by asset data and digital tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance with production and capital plans.
