Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a Maintenance Assurance Co-ordinator to support the delivery of the Water Supply Maintenance Strategy, driving asset reliability and continuous improvement across the region.

Based at Ruthamford (Bedfordshire/Northamptonshire/Peterborough), you will coordinate maintenance activities, review performance and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and asset management standards. Strong asset-management experience and SAP familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyse information, identify trends and support decision-making.
• Proactive approach with focus on operational excellence.
• Experience working with SAP and asset data systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review maintenance activities to ensure safety, efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Monitor maintenance performance, backlog, deferrals and cancellations with CBM/RCM alignment.
• Maintain and assure asset and maintenance data quality in management systems.
• Support data-driven insights through condition monitoring and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Asset Health Leads, RCM Engineers and operations to align priorities.
• Provide independent assurance of maintenance quality and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support regulatory compliance and reporting to leadership forums.
• Promote continuous improvement by addressing recurring issues and embedding lessons learned.
• Champion health, safety and wellbeing in line with safe systems of work.
