Job summary

Anglian Water is hiring an RCM Enablement Manager to lead the Reliability-Centred Maintenance programme across the Water Supply portfolio. You will enable and deliver maintenance strategy, embedding RCM as the core methodology while shifting to proactive, data-led approaches.

You will lead a team of Maintenance Standards Leads, Asset Strategy professionals and Operational Data Technicians, ensuring asset health and reliability improvements across 150+ treatment works and thousands of assets, in

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in engineering or related discipline.
• Strong leadership experience and ability to influence at all levels.
• Proven experience in maintenance strategy, asset health or reliability engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of RCM, FMECA, RCA and reliability analysis techniques.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the RCM strategy and roadmap across Water Supply.
• Define and implement structured maintenance methodologies including failure mode analysis and risk-based planning.
• Drive the transition from reactive to proactive, condition-based maintenance approaches.
• Ensure maintenance strategies are supported by asset data and digital tools (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Digital Twin).
• Collaborate with operational, planning and asset teams to align maintenance with production and investment.
• Use performance data and analytics to identify trends and improve asset reliability.
• Lead and develop a team, fostering continuous improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and delivery of key performance commitments (CRI, EPA, UPO).
• Champion innovation and emerging technologies in asset management.
