Anglian Water Services is recruiting a Reliability Maintenance Enablement Manager to drive the RCM programme across AMP8 and beyond. You will lead a team of specialists to embed RCM as the core maintenance methodology, balancing reliability with cost and regulatory commitments.

The role emphasizes developing maintenance strategies, leveraging data and digital tools, and collaborating with operations to align with production goals and capital investment.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in engineering or related discipline is desirable.
• Proven leadership experience across large maintenance teams.
• Strong background in maintenance strategy and asset health.
• Expertise in RCM, FMECA, RCA and reliability analysis.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the RCM strategy and roadmap across Water Supply.
• Define and implement structured maintenance methodologies (FMEA, criticality, risk-based planning).
• Drive transitions from reactive to proactive and condition-based maintenance.
• Ensure strategies are supported by asset data and digital tools (SAP S/4HANA, Digital Twin).
• Collaborate with operations, planning, and asset teams to align with production and capital plans.
• Use performance data to identify trends, improve asset reliability and reduce failures.
• Lead and develop a team, fostering continuous improvement culture.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support KPIs (CRI, EPA, UPO).
• Champion external best practice and innovative asset-management technologies.
