Anglian Water Group Ltd. in the UK is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Enablement Manager to lead the RCM programme across AMP8 and beyond.

You will embed RCM as core maintenance philosophy, shifting from reactive to proactive, data-led practices. You will manage a specialist team and ensure asset data, digital tools such as SAP S/4HANA and Digital Twin underpin maintenance strategies, while aligning with production and capital investment plans.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in engineering or related discipline.
• Proven leadership experience in maintenance strategy or asset health.
• Experience with RCM, FMECA, RCA and reliability analysis.
• Knowledge of water treatment MEICA systems or similar industrial environments.
• Strong data-driven decision making and stakeholder management.
