Job summary

Glen Callum Associates is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its Staffordshire manufacturing operations. You will lead the maintenance team, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable production equipment across facilities.

The role focuses on preventative and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis and continuous improvement, with a view to reducing downtime and improving plant performance. Senior leadership and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to improve plant reliability and downtime reduction.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the maintenance team across facilities.
• Develop preventative and predictive maintenance programmes.
• Oversee CMMS systems, records, budgets and contractors.
• Drive KPI improvement: MTBF, MTTR, OEE; ensure HSE and ISO standards.
