Job summary

Amazon is seeking an RME Area Manager to lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians focused on equipment reliability across our European network. You will support site safety, plan preventative maintenance, and drive improvements through data analysis.

Based at one of our operational sites, you will manage performance, develop your team's careers, and deliver both site-based and network-wide projects, with opportunities to implement new processes and technology.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an engineering team in a maintenance environment.
• Experience in liaising with multiple stakeholders including third-party vendors.
• Proficient English; good local language skills are a plus.

• Support site safety policy compliance and procedures.
• Implement maintenance standards and ensure equipment availability.
