Job summary

Amazon Reliability Maintenance and Engineering is seeking a Reliability Manager to keep automated systems in peak condition across European delivery stations. You will analyse control systems and sensors to maximise equipment uptime, guiding large-scale deployment projects with a focus on availability.

You will collaborate with Operations, Process Improvement, Health & Safety, Finance, Procurement and external vendors, managing numerous stakeholders and reporting progress to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or equivalent; or experience from a technical internship.
• Experience with automated or non-automated material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems design.
• Experience using English communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Create, innovate and drive projects to deliver reliability, ergonomic, cost and resource-use benefits at European-wide scale.
• Increase standardisation within the network of delivery stations; future station design.
• Optimize existing equipment and support expansion of new equipment from concept to deployment.
• Prepare reports and business case reviews for senior leadership.
