Job summary

Edmonton Operations at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) seeks a Reliability Engineer to lead maintenance planning and drive asset care improvements. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will partner with the Asset Care Planner to optimise 6-year life plans across 7 lines and ensure 24/7 production targets are met.

You will lead reliability initiatives, analyse failure data, coach technicians, manage the maintenance budget, and support investment projects.

Qualifications

Must understand reliability vs maintenance and implement reliability tools.
Strong planning and organisational skills for overhauls.
NVQ Level 3 Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent required.
Experience maintaining machinery in food processing with volatile demand.
Design asset care strategies for critical assets.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule and execute six-year maintenance overhauls within budget.
Shift maintenance from check/inspect to measure/compare using data and failures.
Act as Safety role model and ensure EH&S standards are met.
Manage the annual Maintenance & Repair budget.
Lead RCA coaching and verify countermeasures prevent recurrence.
Support engineering in investment projects and new initiatives.
Coach Technicians to maximise performance across the team.
Manage spare parts warehouse with right safety stocks and rotation.
Analyse performance losses and asset care KPIs with PM.
