Job summary

Coralogix is seeking a seasoned software engineer specializing in DevTools and infrastructure to optimize our observability platform. You will enhance performance, scalability, and reliability of distributed cloud applications while aligning with product roadmaps and customer needs.

Your background in PromQL, SaaS metrics, and automation will help drive quality improvements and reduce engineering interruptions across teams, with strong communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or IT Engineering.
3+ years hands-on software engineering in DevTools and Infrastructure Eng.
Deep understanding of handling and managing large-scale databases.
PromQL experience is required.
Experience with SaaS metrics products is essential.
Experience with large-scale automation and instrumentation.
Solid technical background shipping, maintaining, or securing distributed cloud apps.
Willing to work with US and Israel time zones.
Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Improve turnaround time to resolve customer satisfaction, collaborating with engineering and TAMs.
Identify common problems and enrich roadmap or knowledge base with documentation.
Develop benchmarking tools to ensure availability, scalability, latency and efficiency of the platform.
Stay current with APM market trends and build cross-engineering workflows.
Establish credibility through effective communication and presentations.
