Job summary

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand data. We are seeking a Product Reliability Engineer to ensure the APM product meets high quality and reliability standards, preventing failures and minimizing downtime.

You will develop a robust knowledge base, identify common usage issues, and create solutions that showcase the APM Platform’s capabilities in performance, pains, and business use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or IT Engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on Software Engineering experience in DevTools and Infrastructure Engineering
• Deep understanding of handling and managing large-scale databases
• Must have PromQL experience
• Experience with SaaS metrics products or a related industry
• Experience with large-scale automation and instrumentation
• Solid technical background with shipping, maintaining, or securing distributed cloud apps
• Comfort working across US and Israel time zones
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present to tech and non-tech audiences

Responsibilities

• Improve turnaround time to resolve customer satisfaction by partnering with engineering and TAMs
• Identify common problems and enrich the roadmap or knowledge base and documentation
• Develop benchmarking tools to establish competitive edge and ensure availability, latency, and efficiency of the APM Platform
• Stay current with APM market trends and craft new workflows for cross-engineering use cases
• Establish credibility through effective communication and presentation
