Job summary

Coralogix is hiring a Product Reliability Engineer in London to ensure the APM product and processes meet high reliability standards. You will help reduce engineering interruptions, improve customer satisfaction, and drive product quality through benchmarking and knowledge sharing.

The role requires PromQL experience, SaaS metrics background, and a deep understanding of large-scale databases and distributed cloud platforms. Collaboration across time zones is routine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, especially in DevTools and Infrastructure Engineering.
• Deep understanding of handling and managing large-scale databases.
• Prior experience with PromQL is required.
• Experience with SaaS metrics products or related industry.
• Experience with large-scale automation and instrumentation.
• Strong technical background with experience shipping, maintaining, or securing distributed cloud applications.
• Comfortable working with US and Israel time zones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Improve customer satisfaction by reducing turnaround time to resolve issues.
• Reduce engineering interruptions by enriching knowledge base and documentation.
• Improve product quality with benchmarking tools and ensuring availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency.
• Improve product awareness by tracking APM market trends and developing cross-functional workflows.
• Communicate effectively to stakeholders with clear technical presentations.
