Job summary

Coralogix is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to guide UK-based customers in optimising their observability strategy. You will combine deep technical expertise with a customer-first mindset to drive product value, adoption, retention, and renewal opportunities across DevOps and executive stakeholders.

In this role, you will lead onboarding, architect data-driven success plans, and troubleshoot complex pipelines while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Account Management
• 2+ years AWS experience (EKS, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch)
• Strong Kubernetes and Docker troubleshooting
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, Fluentd, Fluent Bit, or Logstash
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana, OpenSearch, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, or Splunk
• Strong knowledge of Linux and IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Experience with RegEx, Lucene, and PromQL
• Exceptional English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility with technical teams and executives
• B2B SaaS experience; BSc in Computer Science or Engineering; comfortable coding in Java, Go, Python

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Integration: Lead the technical onboarding process, establishing integrations and delivering tailored product training.
• Technical Advisory: Architect data-driven customer success plans and guide observability best practices.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex platform and data pipeline issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Strategic Engagement: Conduct QBRs to demonstrate ROI and align with customer goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Advocate for customer needs to influence the product roadmap and partner with Sales for growth and renewals.
