Job summary

AJS Ltd is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join its expanding team. You will generate maintenance tasks using RCM, create asset lists, and conduct root cause analyses. The role involves travel across the UK with overnight stops, supporting clients and implementing best-practice maintenance.

Ideal candidates have experience as maintenance engineers with electrical or mechanical backgrounds in industrial engineering, and are prepared for UK-wide site work. A company van and tools are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with Reliability-Cocused Maintenance (RCM) methods.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis studies.
• Experience in condition monitoring assessments and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Generate maintenance tasks using RCM.
• Prepare asset lists and reports.
• Carry out root cause analyses for failures.
• Conduct condition monitoring assessments.
• Participate in FOCUS assessments on client sites.
• Execute best-practice maintenance procedures.
