Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Reliability Engineer for a busy manufacturing site in Enfield. The role focuses on improving reliability, performance and safety of production equipment while supporting continuous improvement across the site.

You will liaise with maintenance teams and production to minimize downtime and optimize preventative maintenance strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG manufacturing, fault finding and root cause analysis, and will be proficient with

Qualifications

• Experience as a Reliability Engineer within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Minimum level 3 engineering qualification / apprentice trained.
• Fault finding and root cause analysis skills.
• Confident using maintenance management systems, ideally SAP PM.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability, performance and safety of production equipment.
• Support continuous improvement across the site.

RELIABILITY ENGINEER

Job Title: Reliability Engineer

Location: Enfield

Salary: £57,000 - £59,300

Shift: Days only between Monday - Friday (4 days only)

Job Role of the Reliabilty Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reliability Engineer to join a busy manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance and safety of production equipment, while supporting continuous improvement across the site.

Sector - Factory Maintenance

Non‑Negotiable Requirements of the Reliability Engineer:

• Experience working as a Reliability Engineer within a fast paced manufacturin environment
• Minimum level 3 engineering qualification / apprentice trained
• Fault finding and route cause analysis skills
• Confident using maintenance management systems, ideally SAP PM

Requirements for the Reliability Engineer:

• Electrical bias preferred, but open to mechanical candidates who are able to work electrically
• If mechanical bias, must have an electrical qualification to cover them to work safely
• Full rights to work in the UK
• A proactive, positive attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
• Background within FMCG
