Job summary

K&K Talents is seeking a Release Train Engineer in Bromley, UK. This full-time permanent role focuses on owning the end-to-end Release Management lifecycle and ensuring timely, high-quality software releases across environments.

You will define and implement release processes, collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps and SRE teams, and mentor engineers. The position requires strong coordination, risk assessment, and governance support in an Agile/Scrum setting.

• Experience in end-to-end release management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end Release Management lifecycle across environments.
• Define, implement, and improve release processes, tools, and best practices.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, DevOps, and SRE to plan releases.
• Ensure release readiness, risk assessment, and go/no-go decisions.
• Lead and mentor release engineers on tools and processes.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to align releases with milestones.
• Communicate status, release notes, and post-release reviews.
• Support audits and governance related to releases.
