Job summary

ea Change is seeking a Release Train Engineer to help drive Agile transformations across our London/Bournemouth/Stockport delivery sites. The role focuses on facilitating PI Planning, supporting PI execution, and strengthening the Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence within a market-leading financial services environment.

The candidate should bring hands-on RTE experience, strong mentorship skills, and the ability to manage dependencies across multiple teams while engaging with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Release Train Engineer experience.
• Mentorship and coaching skills.
• Experience in complex scaled Agile environments and managing dependencies across multiple teams.
• Financial services experience is preferred but not essential.
• Highly credible with Senior stakeholders.
• Practical Agile knowledge, not just theory.
• Experience of scaled Agile tooling such as Jira Online, ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and mentorship, people management skills and coaching others
