Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience in release or environment management.
• Proven experience in Release Management processes and best practices.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum delivery and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to mentor engineers and engage senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on when needed while operating at a managerial/architect level.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Release Management lifecycle across environments.
• Define and improve release processes, tools, and best practices.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, DevOps, and SRE for releases.
• Ensure readiness, risk assessment, dependency management, go/no-go decisions.
• Lead and mentor release engineers on tools and processes.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and align with milestones.
• Communicate status, release notes, and post-release reviews.
• Support audits and governance related to releases.
