The Relationship Support Manager (‘RSM’) is a pivotal role, working alongside the Relationship Directors, to support, build, and maintain relationships with our customer base. The RSM will provide a telephone-based service to warm leads, from our partnerships, from initial contact with the prospect through to deal payout. You will deliver pre- and post-deal sales support to the RD team and maximize conversion of leads and adherence to the service level agreements. Office-based, you will have continual contact with both internal and external customers, therefore the ability to build relationships and prioritize work will be paramount.
Required skills/experience:
