Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

Due to expansion in our Distribution team, we have two new opportunities for Relationship Support Assistants. These roles support our growth in the UK financial advice market.

As a Relationship Support Assistant, you’ll help protect and develop our relationships, contributing to sustainable growth through distribution of our propositions. With a customer focus, you’ll help extend our reach across all channels and platforms for long-term savings and protection products, directly supporting our Distribution team’s targets.

We seek driven, curious, and proactive individuals eager to make an impact in a dynamic, supportive environment.

About the role

• Develop and maintain strong relationships
• Communicate features and benefits of our products clearly
• Educate consultants on self-serve using new platform
• Update adviser CRM with key sales information
• Assist in promoting campaigns
• Support smooth, professional sales processes
• Support scheme pricing and submissions

• Understanding of the competitive landscape Royal London operates in
• Ability to translate Sales MI into meaningful adviser data
• Ability to identify sales opportunities
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and stakeholders
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize and multitask
