Job summary

Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Lettings Management team in Wimbledon. You will be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring properties meet legal and contractual obligations while delivering outstanding service.

You will manage a portfolio, coordinate maintenance, and resolve tenancy issues with professionalism and efficiency, coordinating safety checks and working closely with contractors and the team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in property management or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience managing contractors and resolving issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and over the phone.
• CRM system experience.
• Proactive, organized and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to build trust and stay resilient under pressure.
